Fan coil for central system
This product is intended for the renovation of homes that already have a central heating system as an oil furnace or electric. It allows to use free energy sources to reduce heating costs and improve occupant comfort thanks to its more advanced features.
With their coils using water as coolant, these units can be heated at a lower cost to add more cooling capacity than the normal furnace does not have. Indeed, the hot water used for heating can be supplied by solar panels or a heat pump air-water, two products are becoming more popular as an excellent investment.
Using a variable speed motor allows for a constant distribution of heat or cool air, in addition to reducing the noise level of the device. It is also possible to combine the water coil to a direct expansion or an electric boost if desired.
Finally, for installation at low cost, it is possible to add a simple coil with water to an existing system, which now serve only as a backup. Not only such addition reduces heating costs year after year, it can also cool, that a furnace can not do! Since the existing system is preserved, installation costs are minimal.
This system is especially recommended for a building already equipped with ventilation ducts and a central system. For new construction, installation of ventilation units with water to vent is better. For the renovation of a building, installation of head wall units floor or ceiling will probably be easier.
