Reversible heat pump (Heating / Air Conditioning)
These devices allow to heat or cool a water circuit. Unlike water coolers that require a water tower to evacuate the heat, these units transmit it directly to the air through a coil of hot gas and a fan. This brings two advantages: first, the installation is simplified. Then, these devices can also heat the water as needed. Like a heat pump, these devices provide more energy than they consume which causes a reduction of energy costs when they are in heating mode.
Available with capacities from 30 kW, these units can be combined to help to meet all needs. A modular installation allows these independent systems to work together to fit their total capacity to the required load. During the heating, these units can supply a radiant floor or water ventilation units. The same ventilation units also serve to cool and dehumidify as needed. It is no longer necessary to have a multitude of systems, all energy needs can now be filled with a hot water loop and a loop of cold water, both maintained by a reversible water cooler. This solution is particularly interesting for the condominiums or office buildings, both for new construction and renovation.
