Isolated reserves for water heating and air conditioning
To get the most heat from renewable energies like solar energy and energy present in the ambient air it must be stored when it is available and restored it quietly afterward.
Several reserves are available for different applications. They are all isolated, and their internal section is made of stainless steel for the best durability. Here are some particularly advanced products that will give you substantial savings.
Energy recovery of the gray waters
The reserve keeps 120 gallons of gray water, or approximately the water used for showering, to recover heat. With a minimal investment, this heat can be directly used to preheat water before sending it to the water heater. For a better recuperative power, it is possible to cool this reserve even more with a heat pump.
Heating with heat pump and solar panels
The reserve has two copper coil heat exchangers and an electric heater with a capacity up to 9 kW. One of the exchangers is connected to solar panels and the other is connected to the air-water or geothermal heat pump. Both exchangers can maintain water temperature. The water in the tank circulate in a closed loop in a radiant floor heating or in a water ventilation units.
Simultaneous Heating and Cooling
The reserve has two copper coil heat exchangers and two electric heaters with a total capacity up to 18 Kw. This extra capacity is sufficient for most homes, which hollows have to install an expensive kettle separately. One exchanger is connected to solar panels and the other is connected to the air-water or geothermal heat pump. Both exchangers can maintain the water temperature of two independent reserves. The water in each tank circulate in a closed loop radiant floor heating or water ventilation units. During the winter, the two reserves are kept warm, one by solar panels and the other by the heat pump in order to benefit from most possible free heat. During the summer, the reserve related to the heat pump becomes a reserve that allows air conditioning with water ventilation units. The section related to solar panels is kept hot to heat domestic water, and can even help to heat the pool with a titanium heat exchanger sold separately. This is the product that gives the greatest energy savings by meeting all needs.
Heating and preheating domestic water
This tank allows the use of solar panels or a heat pump to maintain a supply of hot water. This tank of hot water helps to preheat the reserve of domestic hot water thanks to the conductive wall separating the two reserves. The heating water tank can also supply a radiant floor heating or water ventilation units. Each section of the reservoir has an extra power to ensure the desired temperature at any time.
